Are you kidding? I work in buildings downtown that have elevators that all operate like these crazy elevators, you never know what floor you’re going to end up on, cables will snap, doors will open facing brick walls, and sometimes you won’t even make it to your floor! These would be a pleasure to ride compared to the ones I have to ride on a daily basis!
There’s another elevator in the unload area used for casts only. Sometimes you’ll see a bellhop or two entering or leaving it. When you scan for your photos turn around maybe you’ll see one. Also, they aren’t called maintenance elevators.
